L’Ephém’air restaurant by Gourméditerranée

Once again this year, the Foire Internationale de Marseille is proud to welcome some of the best chefs from the Gourméditerranée association. Around thirty of them have come together around a temporary restaurant concept for this “creative” fair. During the 11 days of the fair, the chefs will be running the kitchens at the Ephém’air restaurant on the terrace of the Palais des Congrès.

This temporary gastronomic restaurant will offer customers a unique midday menu, created each day by 2 or 3 of the chefs, making Ephém’air the gourmet lunch not to be missed. With its creative cuisine, developed and inspired by the best chefs in the business, this top-quality restaurant at the Foire Internationale de Marseille will leave even the most demanding taste buds tingling at a reasonable price.
