Food’in Sud, the first Mediterranean food service industry trade show, is being organised by SAFIM and will be held at Marseille Chanot between 16 and 18 March 2014. Food’in Sud aims to become the leading business and experience-sharing meeting place for professionals in the dynamic and diverse industry of catering for the South of France, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Languedoc-Roussillon regions and the Mediterranean as a whole.
The exhibition has the support of the key institutions and sectors in the industry, and is intended to encourage the development of catering, standard or outdoor hospitality, food trades, and more. For this first event 200 exhibitors and brands are expected to present their products, equipment and solutions to around 10,000 visiting professionals who are always looking for new ideas and innovations to reinvent their products.
